How to use:
1) Insert air into the gym ball and make it taut.
If the air pressure is loose, the size of the gym ball and holder do not match.
When the correct amount of air is injected, the gym ball fits perfectly into the holder.
2) If this is your first time doing exercise ball exercise, prepare a puffing holder or mat under the exercise ball to reduce shaking so your dog is not startled.
3) Before starting the exercise, gently massage your dog’s legs to avoid straining the muscles.
4) Encourage your dog to climb on the gym ball with his favorite treats.
